the staff was polite. the room was spacious and clean. i found the breakfast to be very good with many options. the main line station located close by provided good access to the city.
the gym was not open for 24 hours, but i was still able to find time to work out .

i enjoyed the staff kindness and genuine welcome when i arrived. the room felt very cosy and clean. i appreciate that everything i needed was there and in perfect condition. restaurant staff were efficient, and the chicken curry was delicious.
I wish the room had air conditioning. It felt a bit warm upon arrival. netflix also required logging in with a personal account.

I got A WARM welcome from the gentleman at reception. My room was everything was super clean and quiet, and everything was in perfect working order. The bathroom was big. I loved the big shower. The restaurant staff were efficient and kind, and the food was so good.

The restaurant offered a varied menu, and each dinner had a vegetarian option, nice. I ate chicken curry, baked cheesecake, and ice cream and found everything delicious. The bubbly waitress added to the cheerful atmosphere.

Staff members went to extreme lengths to provide excellent service. Trevor remembered my tea order. Riva, Jodie and Ozee were always smiling, cute, and friendly. Their positive attitude contributed to a great experience.

The breakfast buffet was really underwhelming, the sausages tasted cheap and the eggs were watery. I expected better quality for the price. the pastries seemed stale. I barely touched them.
